cannot see the yard much

well with all the rain we have had this morning (it's only 11:30ish) the yard is pretty flooded and now we wait for the winds. GREAT!!!!

Christopher is home today because the winds yesterday blew the transformer at his school and they still had limited power, no heat and no running water this morning. They told me to watch the news and check the school district web site for updates because he may miss tomorrow too. Good gravy...when am I suppose to wrap presents????? Not they are many to wrap but he doesn't need to see the ones I do need to wrap.
