Getting up by 5:30 sucks.....

I am going into week three and it still sucks. At least starting this week I will start school and work myself so I will feel I am accomplishing something.

The boys' are loving school. JC loved it until he got his first round of homework and they told him, "Yes, you must read at home!". We are struggling with that right now. TV today was taken away until he got his reading done...well he ended up taking a 3 1/2 hour nap because we told him to sit in his room. He will learn. He is starting the Homework Club Tuesday. At first he was excited about it but now he doesn't want to go but he is going to. I am already finding it hard to help him with his math. They will give him extra help that I cannot.

I finally got my lap top. Stephanie is disappointed that I have not been attached to it. I still need to get my wireless router after I get my school grant money. She did load some programs on for me to play with my pictures and make digital scrapbook pages so I will work on those and figure out how to load them on here. I think I just click on the add image. I still have to find my MSN disk so I can load that too. So much to do.....so little time.

Next time I post...I will try for some pics or a scrapbook page.

Finding some peace

well...the kids went back to school. They completed their first week and are still loving it. JC was nervous his first day but came home loving it. Christopher was glad to be back with his buddies.

Now I have just a week and a half before I start. Got lots to get done before then but I don't think I will get it all done. Oh well, that is life. Going over the mountains tomorrow to visit my mom..then school Tues., Wed. to learn new programs, then Thursday mom is coming over to buy laptop and Friday...well I should go to school but laying in the sun relaxing all day sounds better to me. We'll see. I will probably just want to sit around and play with the lap top.

I have had a distressing week I do have to say. I found out 3 of my friends are either getting a divorce, separating or looking at starting divorce proceedings. Kinda scary, especailly since I don't have many friends. I told Joe there is something in the water and not to drink it. I have to say he was bothered by it too. They say everything happens in 3's so hopefully no more!!!!!

I am off to bed...5:30 comes early.

Holly Crap

I have 5 raccoons in my yard as I type this. They are trying to get in my back door for the cat food. Damn....one was actually in the house eating and it woke me up because I thought Spider was eating again as I had just fed him. They are pawing at the back door trying to get it open. There is a mama and 4 babies. Crap-o-la....scary.

Now we only have a couple of more days until school starts. That is a good things as I think Stephanie is ready to have me committed. I keep calling her going crazy but it's nice to know she is going thru demon kids too.

I am off to try to get some sleep.
