It's over

Thank goodness Christmas is over. Wasn't really in the mood for x-mas and this morning was a mess as everything good I tried to do didn't work. JC's brakes need to be adjusted on his bike, I ran out of batteries for their remote controlled quad's and we couldn't get JC's hot wheel toy to work right. So...I decided next year to just give the kids money and let them buy their own damn presents and maybe then they would be happy.

On a positive note....I got my car. It's a 2003 yellow Chevy Tracker 4 door. It is small compared to my van. We are going to sell Joe's car and keep the van. After my mom left with the boys, I took it to get it washed and vacuumed it all out. It needs floor mats as it doesn't have any but I will have to wait a week until Joe gets paid. This is the car John bought a few weeks before he passed away and my mom told me if I got enrolled in school I could have it so I have reliable transportation to school.

I'm off to do laundry...since mine never gets done.
